Payment Plans
There are four payment plans offered by Harrells Christian Academy: annual, semi-annual, and two monthly plans. Annual payments include a $250 discount and are due on July 1, 2011. Semi-annual, 10-month, and 12-month plans can be handled by bank draft, credit card, or invoice through FACTS Management Company. Payments The enrollment fee is due, along with the enrollment contract, in the spring of the year before enrollment for kindergartners and for returning students, or upon acceptance. New Student Fee This one-time fee is $250 per student with a maximum of $500 per family and is due with the Admission Fee. A new student is one who has not been continuously enrolled at HCA since initial acceptance. Withdrawal Fee This $500 fee applies to any students who withdrawals from HCA between July 1 and April 30 of the current school year for any reason. Full monthly tuition will be changed through the last day attended. Refund will be given for accounts paid beyond the current month. Late Fees A $30 late fee will be assessed for payments that are past due. Discounts There is a discount of $120 per year if you sign up for a bank draft payment plan through FACTS Management Company. The Learning Center has a bank draft discount of $120 for Language and Math Tutorials and $60 for Intensive Study. If the tuition is paid in full by July 1st there is a $250 prepayment discount. The Learning Center has a prepayment discount of $200 for Language and Math Tutorials and $100 for Intensive Study. For families with three or more children enrolled at HCA, the third (and following) child’s tuition will be discounted 25% after the admission fee. This discount is applied to the second child or class in The Learning Center. Financial Assistance A limited amount of financial assistance is available for students whose families qualify. A copy of your federal income tax return from the previous year is also required. |
