As a college preparatory school, Harrells Christian Academy strives to encourage a “dress for success” appearance. Dress for school should always be tasteful, clean, neat, and unexaggerated. Extremes in hair length or hair styles are prohibited. If a student’s appearance is deemed inappropriate by any faculty, the student will be sent to the Lower School Head or the Headmaster who will decide on a case by case basis what action to take.
The following are examples of prohibited dress:

Boys’ shirttails shall be worn IN.
Exposed undergarments. Skin must not be exposed between shirt and pants or skirts

All students should keep their hair neat and clean. Boys’ hair should be ear length or above and tastefully groomed. If after one week, the student has not compiled with an appropriate haircut, the student will not be admitted to school until the student has compliance.
